you can use Global talk and join a world wide experiment where you can say what you want and it would not sound like you
and with WIFI you can join your own group of a secret chat and keep anonymity
Click on the Orange fox and talk
if you are on wifi, only other members using the app can hear you
if you are not on wifi, anyone using the app can hear you
but its in an anonymous FX voice so no one knows who they are talking to
